Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Return/Exchange Requirements:
- A video unboxing is required.
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date it is received.
- Items must be in original condition
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Sale item are not eligible for returns.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. After we receive the item, we will conduct a final inspection to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing the return. Returns that do not meet the policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
